Cafe 1888 is more than just a cafe; serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffees, and wine. Located within Martin House Books in downtown Westerly, Rhode Island, this is the perfect stop to unwind. Take a moment to relax, curl up with a good book and a cup of coffee.
The cafe was looking for a take away menu that was polished and playful. I sat in the cafe for creating my first drafts and took inspiration from the book styled board games they had on display. I wanted the menu to have a vintage feel to it, after all the building was built in 1888 it just made sense. The colors are vibrant but not aggressive, giving them a very elegant feel. The pattern with the wine glasses is to match the secondary list they have for wine options, the owner was looking to highlight this exciting feature.
