For this project, I worked closely with Luca to capture the logo we were looking for. It had to be clean and easy to read when each piece is pressed up so closely to one another. It had to not just feel lazily placed next to each other but enveloped and connected to each symbol. As you look at the alternative versions of the logo, take note of the fonts original shape and how it has been manipulated to curate the connected look we were trying to achieve.
Our alternative logo you may notice totally differs from the brand while still maintaing similar aspects. Luca has been inspired by athletics and this take on a jersey number logo was to channel that same energy he has had in some of his previous projects. The contact sheets created can be used for a number of items, whether it's a way to border images in books, or for prints, and even instagram posts. It can also be turned into notepads for when your in the studio needing to take notes, taking them on your own branded paper is a special treat.
